John D. Coe, SIOR, CCIM

John Coe joined First Scout in December of 1994. John has represented tenants and buyers exclusively over the last twelve years. He has considerable experience in all aspects of office, industrial, retail, dispositions and site acquisitions. He has completed over three hundred and fifty real estate transactions in approximately fifty major markets throughout the United States.

John is responsible for managing transactions for national corporate users with multiple locations throughout the United States. He assists his national clients in assessing their needs, defining their requirements, streamlining their process and benchmarking their performance, as well as, updating market trends, alerting tenants to upcoming lease terms and options including renewals, terminations, right of first refusals, etc.

John also has experience with larger corporate headquarters relocations, assisting his clients with site consolidation and acquisition, local and state economic incentives, and lease versus buy analysis.

John earned the SIOR Active Office designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in U. S. History from The University of Kansas in 1992.
